Foxwoods will soon become home to the flagship location of one of the state’s most beloved culinary icons, Sally’s Apizza. The celebrated New Haven pizza restaurant, founded on New Haven’s historic Wooster Street in 1938, Sally’s Apizza will soon debut a stunning new destination restaurant at Foxwoods, reimagining its famed coal-fired legacy for a next-generation setting that celebrates craftsmanship, culture, and connection.
This marks their most design-forward Sally’s to-date – a modern homage to the pizza restaurant’s timeless roots, where the warmth of tradition meets the energy of Foxwood’s world-class entertainment experience.
The new flagship will feature an open-concept kitchen anchored by Sally’s signature coal-fired ovens, allowing guests to witness the artistry behind their distinctly charred apizza. The expansive space will seat approximately 200 guests and showcase next-level interior design that blends industrial elegance with vintage touches inspired by the original Wooster Street location. Expect rich textures, warm woods, and custom lighting, and curated memorabilia celebrating iconic Connecticut legends, including Marilyn Monroe and Keith Richards.
