Foxwoods Rewards FAQs
Foxwoods Rewards is a loyalty club that allows guests to earn Tier Credits for status and Rewards points that may be redeemed for Foxwoods amenities. Guest earn Tier Credits and Rewards points by using their Foxwoods Rewards card while gaming. Guests can also use their card to earn points while paying for hotel rooms. As guests move up in Tiers, they receive additional benefits at Foxwoods. Rewards points can be redeemed, like cash, for Foxwoods amenities, including select retail stores, restaurants, hotel, spa and more.
Foxwoods Rewards members can experience more memorable moments with new expanded benefits, including:
- Play your way into award-winning performances with complimentary show tickets for Gold, Platinum and Diamond members based on play.
- Guests will receive ticket offers through e-mail communications and via foxwoodsrewards.com based on the type of show and level of play.
- Tier Credit levels have been adjusted to align with the competitive set and allow for expanded Foxwoods Rewards program offerings.

- Gold 500 – 2,199 Tier Credits
- Platinum 2,200 – 6,999 Tier Credits
- Diamond 7,000+ Tier Credits
- Travel benefits that include complimentary or discounted stays at Foxwoods El San Juan, select Caesars properties, and cruises with Norwegian Cruise Lines.*

- Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Tiers will receive an exclusive monthly Rewards Points multiplier
- Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tiers will have bi-annual celebrations or offers for qualifying for their tier status during each 6-month promotional period
- Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tiers receive discount and complimentary golf offers based on tier at Lake of Isles
- Platinum and Diamond Tiers have daily VIP access to Canopy Players Lounge
Foxwoods Rewards members will continue to receive offers for monthly Tier Credit multipliers and Rewards point multipliers.
Beginning in May, Poker players will have their own dedicated Tier Credit and Rewards Point multiplier days separate from casino promotions, and will no longer qualify for property-wide multipliers.
Progressive Rewards are one-time offers for the Wonder, Gold and Platinum Tiers of Foxwoods Rewards, offering great mid-tier perks at each tier. This exciting new benefit will replace the points earning accelerator.
- Wonder members will receive their choice of either $15 in Bonus Slot Play or Foxwoods Rewards Points when they earn 450 tier credits
- Gold members will receive their choice of either $50 in Bonus Slot Play or Foxwoods Rewards points when they earn 1,100 tier credits
- Platinum members will receive their choice of either $100 in Bonus Slot Play or Foxwoods Rewards points when they earn 3,500 tier credits. In addition, Platinum members will receive Diamond garage parking benefit at 5,000 tier credits.
- When guests reach these levels, they will receive communication within one week of their future Bonus Slot Play or Foxwoods Rewards points offer. They will have 30 days to redeem their offer.
Yes, Rewards members can also now earn points for hotel stays at Foxwoods by earning 1 Rewards Point for each $100 (cash or credit card) spent on hotel stays. Guests must ensure their Rewards Card is attached to the reservation prior to check-out to ensure points will properly be added to their account.
Experience more roads to winning with our gas benefit. Members can redeem points for gas at the Pequot Outpost at a rate of one (1) Foxwoods Rewards Point for $1 in gas. In addition, Tier members will now receive discounts on debit or credit card sales at the pump.

Foxwoods Rewards members are eligible for best-in-class cruises and discounted rates on Norwegian Cruise Line, and have the opportunity to unlock complimentary and discounted stays at select Caesars properties, all based on card tier. Foxwoods Rewards member also enjoy discounts on Avis/Budget Rental Cars.
Joining the Foxwoods Rewards Program is the only way to experience more with every visit with play. The Foxwoods Rewards Program allows our members access to a wide range of benefits, exclusive member rates and discounts, invitations to Special Events, Promotions, Tournaments, Preferred Partner discounts and benefits, and more! After joining the Foxwoods Rewards Program and activating your online account, you will have online access to manage your account information and view your Points balance and your available offers.
Additional benefits are available based on tier by redeeming points, like cash, at select stores in Tanger outlets, discounts and passes at Monza World Class Karting, and discounts on spa services and products at G Spa and Norwich Spa at Foxwoods.
The Foxwoods Rewards Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years or older and who have a valid form of identification. Bingo players who are between the ages of 18 and 20 are able to obtain a Bingo Rewards card.
Yes! Membership in the Foxwoods Rewards program is free.
Members earn Foxwoods Rewards Points for virtually every dollar they play by simply inserting their Rewards card at their favorite slot machine, providing their Rewards card when playing at any Poker or Table Game, purchasing Bingo admissions, or playing Keno or Race Book. Hotel guests can now also earn Foxwoods Rewards Points for hotel stays purchased with cash or credit card.
The Foxwoods Rewards Program Tiers are Wonder, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier levels are determined by a player’s status level and are based on play activity within a six-month time period (April 1-September 30 and October 1-March 31). Members must earn the minimum number of qualifying Tier Credits during each earning period to qualify for a certain Tier level.
Members earn Tier Credits based on Rewards Points earned to accelerate Tier Status (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Tier Credits are ONLY used for Tier Status and have no monetary value. As you accelerate Tier Status, you will earn more Rewards benefits.

Tier Credits are only used for Tier Status placement and have no redeemable value. Tier Credits are based on Rewards Points earned:

Tier Credits determine a player’s Tier Status (Gold, Platinum, Diamond); there are no minimum qualifications for the Wonder Tier. Rewards Points are for players to use toward hotel rooms, dining, entertainment, golf, spa services, retail purchases, select Tanger Outlets stores and more. Players may earn Rewards Points throughout the day based on the type of game they are playing, their average bet, and length of play.

While your Foxwoods Rewards membership may remain open, Rewards Points on all Tiers will expire from an account if there is no gaming activity on the account for over 12 months.
Yes, Tier Credits reset to 0 on April 1 and October 1 of each year. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Tier levels will be re-evaluated on a semi-annual basis. While Tier level upgrades will take place automatically throughout the year as members earn the next level, once a Tier level is achieved it will be in effect through the end of the qualifying time period (April 1 – Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 – March 31 each year).

Rewards Points for Table Games and Poker are posted as soon as the table rating session is closed and entered into the system. Rewards Points for Slots are posted immediately, as they are earned. Rewards Points for hotel stays will be posted to your account 2 to 10 business days after your hotel checkout purchases are settled to your hotel folio. Rewards Points earned through offers and/or promotions are typically posted to your account immediately upon acceptance on the day of the offer/promotion.

- Double check that you are using the correct Rewards account number. You may be trying to sign in with a different account number than the one assigned to your account. Do not enter any letters, just the account numbers.
- Have you set your PIN (Personal Identification Number)? PINs can be set at any Rewards Booth or Casino Cashier’s Booth. For security purposes, PINs can only be reset in person with valid identification. If you know your PIN, you may change it at any time by accessing your account online at www.Foxwoods.com/Rewards. You must have a PIN to access your account online.
- If you need to reset your PIN online Please visit Foxwoods.com and under SIGN IN drop down menu select Forgot Pin. Email with the link will be emailed within minutes to reset the PIN.
- Account PINs have no effect on your Rewards Points balance or ability to earn Rewards Points.
Signing up for a Foxwoods Rewards card is easy! Just visit any Enrollment Kiosk, or the Foxwoods Rewards Desk located in the Grand Pequot Casino, with valid identification and start earning right away. Or, you can go to www.Foxwoods.com/Signup and complete the requested information. You will still need to come in and visit the Rewards Desk with your identification to pick up your new card. Once you are signed up, you will start receiving your discounts and benefits immediately!
Yes. Foxwoods may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Rewards Program, the Program terms, or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Rewards Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards Points already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.

Rewards Points are non-transferrable and cannot be sold/traded for cash or cash equivalent to other guests. Any violations of this policy could result in a freeze on your Foxwoods Rewards card account up to and including revoking the ability to earn Rewards Points through casino play and eviction from Foxwoods.

We ship across the US, 48 states excluding Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping is not available.
