Entry into the event, a luxe daybed for up to 5 people for the entirety of the event (12p-5p), 1 bottle of spirits (up to a $350.00 value), a dedicated server, non-alcoholic mixers.
 Rental payment in full via valid credit or debit card is due upon booking. Rental hours are 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. If you do not arrive by 2PM, FRC reserves the right to release and re-sell your section. Please note, you will be charged to cover the cost of lost revenue. Cancellation is required by 11 a.m. the day prior to the reservation. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed to the method of payment on file if not cancelled within the cancellation period. The hotel reserves the right to close the pool based on weather predictions. Management will assess rental charges due to inclement weather. Foxwoods reserves the right to change prices with no notice.

One reserved nest chair for the duration of the event and entrance into the event, one person per chair. There are 6 available per event. 100% rental fee is due upon booking. Nest chairs are not assigned until the day of the event.

The first row of premium chaise lounge chairs are available for rental by reservation only via Sevenrooms – chairs are sold in pairs of 2. All other lounge chairs are first come, first served. 100% rental fee is due upon booking.

No Refunds, unless in the event of inclement weather; in this case Foxwoods MGMT. will assess and if the event is cancelled, this will be announced via social media and email and refunds will be issued via your original point of purchase.

Yes, you must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to attend; IDs will be checked at the door prior to entry, expired identification will not be accepted.

WAVE event days are private ticketed events and you must purchase a ticket or VIP section to attend; the pool will close for the day at the end of this event.

Yes, food is available for purchase at the pool. Food service is provided by Juniors Restaurant.

Yes, we have 2 full-service bars. Beverages are provided by the Fox Tower Beverage Department at Foxwoods.

Beach club attire or resort wear; if you plan on swimming – bring a bathing suit.

No, if you choose to leave the party early, your wristband will be cut-off.

Yes, all bags will be searched before entry. Must be no bigger than 6” D x 20” W x 14” H. No shopping bags or luggage will be allowed in.

Upon entering the venue, belongings are individually searched. Please ensure you empty your pockets, take off your hat, and check all compartments in your bag for any of the prohibited items listed on the website. For quicker entry into the venue, please limit the items you’re bringing in with you and be dressed in your swimwear attire.

Yes, men’s and women’s restrooms are located within the pool area – restrooms close at 4:45pm.

• All guests must be 21 years of age with a valid, state-issued form of identification, a valid passport, or a valid United States military identification card, expired identification will not be accepted.
• Only guests with VIP Cabana wristbands are allowed in that section.
• Only guests with VIP Daybed wristbands are allowed in that section.
• Only guests with VIP Chaise Lounger wristbands are allowed in that section.
• Only guests with VIP Nest Chair wristbands are allowed in that section.

• Bag Policy: All bags will be searched before entry. Must be no bigger than 6x20x14. No shopping bags, or luggage will be allowed in.
• No outside alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages or food of any kind (including, but not limited to bottled water, coffee, iced coffee and tea).
• No rough-housing in pool area.
• No diving or jumping in the pool.
• No shouting or disrespectful behavior towards any of the FRC staff.
• No guests allowed in employee only areas – no guests allowed on stage.
• Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and/or removed from the event. Guests removed/denied entry under these circumstances will not be eligible to receive a refund or re-enter the event.
• Guests will take responsibility of their own belongings and property. Foxwoods Resort Casino is not liable for the loss of any belongings or damages to such belongs.
• On Celebrity Appearance Days, due to inclement weather, Foxwoods reserves the right to relocate the event to Centrale Fox Tower and refunds will not be issued.
• Foxwoods reserves the right to change prices and artist line-up with no notice.
• All persons, bags and personal items are subject to search.
• We have a zero tolerance policy- any violation of rules or regulations, regardless of severity, will result in immediate consequences, potentially including (but not limited to) denial of entry or removal from the premise.
