• The Great Cedar Showroom (formerly Fox Theater) Box Office will be open on the day of Great Cedar Showroom events only.
• The Premier Theater (formerly Grand Theater) Box Office will be open on the day of Premier Theater events only.
  • On days where there is a show/event at 7PM or later, the Box Office will open at 2PM and close one hour after the show starts.
  • For shows/events that start before 7PM the Box Office will open earlier; exact times will vary based on the start time of the event.

• Concerts, shows, and events at Foxwoods Resort Casino will be abiding by all rules and orders set forth by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Safety and Health Board.
  • You must sit in your assigned seats that you purchased.
  • There will be NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed inside, or surrounding either Theater.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket, children 2 and older must have their own ticket to enter the theater.
    • Please check Foxwoods.com for any additional age restrictions due to show’s content.
  • Non-compliance to Venue and MPTN rules and policies could result in immediate expulsion of the event with no refund.
  • Line-ups & performance order subject to change with no notice, no refunds will be given.

• No Shopping Bags or Backpacks Permitted. All Bags Subject to Search.

• For your convenience, food and drinks are available for purchase at the bar inside Premier Theater and Great Cedar Showroom bar and concessions area.
• Only snacks purchased at the concession stand will be allowed inside the theater. No outside food allowed.
• Beverages purchased on property allowed inside.
• No personal cups (including, but not limited to, Yeti, Stanley, etc.) or solo cups allowed. 

• If Tickets are transferred to someone else, the seller has the responsibility to ensure all venue information is given to the recipients. 

• It’s come to our attention that several third-party/scam sites are selling fake tickets to our shows. Don’t become a scam victim!

  • Visit the Premier Theater or Great Cedar Showroom Box Offices at Foxwoods Resort Casino during their posted operating hours.

   

Unfortunately, we cannot honor fake/invalid tickets from outside sources, nor can we be responsible for any lost costs incurred by these transactions.
