All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a major credit card. All guest pay reservations will be charged the first night's room and tax within 48 hours of booking.  A credit card is required at check-in for a $100 per stay deposit.  Cardholder must be present with card at time of check-in. If the credit card declines, guests have 5 days from time of booking to provide a valid credit card or the reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations must be made no later than 4:00pm 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a charge of first night's room and tax. A max of three rooms can be booked under one Foxwoods Rewards per night, regardless of the rate (1 complimentary, 2 Rewards-card rate rooms). Foxwoods Reward cardholders are allowed to have 5 active reservations booked at any one time.  Any reservations booked above 5 will receive the prevailing Leisure rate. No other guests can check into this reservation unless specified at the time of reservation.  Separate confirmations will be given for reservations with multiple guests or a reservation with multiple payments.  Failure to check-in to your reservation will result in a No-Show charge of the first night's room and tax for all non-complimentary rooms. Failure to check-in to your complimentary reservation will result in a No-Show fee of $50. To cancel your reservation, go to www.foxwoods.com or call 1-800-369-9663. Upon cancellation, you will receive a cancellation number. Please retain this number for your records. No refunds are issued without a valid cancellation number. Credit card refunds may take between 5 to 7 business days. Debit card refunds may take up to 20 business days.
