POOL RULES:

• For The Safety of our guests NO outside beverages (Alcohol or non-alcohol), Food, coolers, glass containers and/or personal drink containers are prohibited, and all bags are subject to be searched
• In the event of inclement weather, the pool area will be closed
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
• All persons shall bathe with warm water and soap before entering the pool
• No persons under 18 years of age are permitted, unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
• No diving
• No outside food and beverage permitted, including glass containers, personal drink containers and/or coolers
• Any person’s known or suspected of having a communal disease shall not use the pool
• Persons having open blisters, cuts, sores etc. are advised not to use the pool
• Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulant, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
• Spitting or blowing the nose in the pool is prohibited
• Running, excessive noise and boisterous or rough play is prohibited in and out of the water/pool area
• Non-toilet trained children are required to wear swim diapers while using the pool
• Staff has the right to ask any patron to leave the pool area if rules are not followed or abided by

HOT TUB RULES:

• USE BY CHILDREN UNDER 16 IS PROHIBITED
• Observe a reasonable time limit, then shower, cool down and if you wish return for another brief stay
• Do not use alone

CAUTION:

• Elderly persons & those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the hot tub
• Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulant, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
• Long exposures may result and nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
