1. The tournaments are non-elimination. All invited must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate or enter the tournament areas.
2. All participants agree to the taking and use of their photograph and name without compensation.
3. Patrons who have been evicted by Foxwoods Management or who have been excluded by the Gaming Commission may not participate in a tournament.
4. All players must have a valid Rewards Card, mailing address, email address and the Foxwood Rewards accounts may not be frozen.
5. Any participant may be eliminated from the tournament if he or she is determined to be in violation of any rules or regulations.
6. No cell phones may be used by the players during tournament play.
7. Do not tamper with or abuse the machine in any way.
8. Drink service will not be permitted in the tournament area.
9. Guests are not permitted to be in the tournament area during the live tournament play of a session they are not registered for.
10. Smoking will not be permitted in the tournament area.
11. All slot machines will be set up identically.
12. The points, after play is complete, have no cash value and are only a point value toward the total score, round and/or session rankings for tournament purposes.
13. Each machine will be preset with 321 credits. When instructed to start, each participant must press his or her spin button and start playing as instructed by the eimcee.
14. All ties for 1^st through 50^th place in preliminaries will result in the prize monies being aggregated and divided evenly among the tied participants. All ties for 1^st through 20^th place in finals will result in the prize monies being aggregated and divided evenly among the tied participants.
15. Machine malfunctions or irregularities will be resolved in accordance with the internal controls as approved by the Tribal Gaming Commission.  If management determines it is a malfunction, management will offer the guest the option of replaying the Slot Tournament in the next available session. The promotional score from the replayed session will be used for scoring purposes.  Any previous score will not be applicable.
16. Management may cancel a tournament at their discretion.
17. Guests may only play once during the promotional time frame.
18. Tournament play is based on availability.
19. To claim cash prizes, you must have a valid and current form of identification (not expired driver’s license or passport). Anyone with a previous CTR violation will need a current valid driver’s license and social security number to claim cash prizes.
20. All Federal and State taxes are the responsibility of the winning participants.
21. All prize winners are subject to verification by Foxwoods Management and the Tribal Gaming Commission.
22. All tournament decisions made by Foxwoods will be final, subject to the approval of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Winners have 30 days to claim their Cash prize at the Grand Pequot Rewards Desk or their prize will be forfeited. Bonus Slot Play prizes will be added to their account to be used within 7 days.
